These terms summarize the main rental responsibilities. Final conditions are confirmed in the rental agreement at vehicle pickup.
1. Rental agreement
The driver signs an individual rental agreement at pickup. The agreement confirms the vehicle, rental period, coverage, included services, payment method, fuel level, mileage, and known vehicle condition.
2. Driver requirements
Drivers must present a valid driving license, identity document or passport, and any additional documentation requested by 7even. The driver is responsible for traffic violations during the rental period.
3. Payment and deposit
Rental price, deposit, insurance, optional equipment, and additional services are confirmed before handover. Deposits may be pre-authorized depending on vehicle category and rental length.
4. Vehicle use
The vehicle must be returned at the agreed location and time, in the same condition and with the agreed fuel level. It may not be used for racing, towing, illegal activity, driver training, or by unauthorized drivers.
5. Damage, accident, or theft
Any accident, damage, theft, breakdown, missing documents, missing keys, or loss of plates must be reported immediately to 7even and, where required, to the police. Missing reports can make the driver responsible for full costs.
6. Cross-border travel
Cross-border use must be requested and approved in advance. Additional fees, documentation, or restrictions may apply depending on destination and vehicle category.
7. Personal data
Personal data is collected to process rental requests, prepare the agreement, contact the driver, and meet legal or operational requirements.
